Basically the quest is the same for all classes and can be seperated into three main parts. Two of them can be done beforehand, and the third part can be finished at 76
I. At level 73 start The Finest Ingredients 1 quest.
II. At level 74 start the Alliance with the Ketra Orcs quest
Port or run to the Orc stronghold and go speak to Ketra Messenger Wahkan. Select the Alliance quest. You must complete level 1 and 2. (note: this is not a 1 mob = 1 quest item thing, sometimes it takes up to 10 mobs to get 1)
lvl 1: 100 soldier quest item
lvl 2: 200 soldier + 100 general quest items
Warning: When you are allied with the Ketra, do not go kill your allied side. Even if you are in a party, and your party members attack your allied side, you'lll have to start from the beginning, trust me you don't want to start over.
III. After getting to level 76 you can finally pick up and run the quest. See the Start Locations below if you are unsure of where to start for your class. Since you already completed the initial two parts the only other main part to do is kill 700 mobs at Shrine of Saints
Tip: Specific locations of each part of the quest are around the same area for all classes, however they are not all exactly the same place. The easiest way is to check out your quest info tab. Each time you finish one part of the quest you'll get a "completed" status.
