Enchant Equipment Enchant Skills

Enchanting Skills

Once you complete your third class transfer you will have the ability try and enchant your skills. Speak to the NPC who began the third class transfer quest for more information about enchanting skills.

The cost of skill enchantment is experience and SP. The Secret Book of Giants is required for the initial enchantment, and if it is successful, only experience points in the current level and SP will be consumed for additional enchants. There is a probability that the skill enchanting may fail. In the case of a failed enchantment, the skill will revert to the pre-enchanted state.

Required book: Secret Book of Giants
You will be granted 1 book of the gaints when you complete the quest. To gain additional books you will need Noblesse gate passes or castles can produce the books as well so you may see them for sale.

Safe Skill Enchant
Required book: Giant's Codex - Mastery
Failing a skill enchantment does not decrease the enchant skill level. The amount of SP and Exp. consumed is three times greater than that of a regular skill enchant.

Enchant Route Change
Required book: Giant's Codex - Discipline (plus SP and Exp).
The skill enchantment route can now be changed to different route. The skill enchantment level has a chance to decrease up to three levels when changing the skill enchantment route.

Un-enchanting Skills
Required book: Giant's Codex - Oblivion
Enchanted skills can be un-enchanted one level at a time. Some of the consumed SP will be returned.

All three Giant's Codex books above can be obtained from the Suspicious Merchant

Extra notes:
The skill needs to be maxed first
Skills acquired before the third class change can be enchanted up to stage 30
Skills acquired after the third class change can be enchanted up to stage 15
At lvl 78 the chance of success is higher.
Active, Passive, and Toggle skills can be enchanted.
Some skills can be enchanted with elemental attributes.

Enchant Descriptions: Chance: The success rate is increased.
Cost: MP consumption of skill is decreased
Debuff: P. Atk is decreased. Debuff is possible and its success rate is increased
Power: The power of skill is enhanced
Recovery: The duration of the skills re-use time is reduced and its effect is increased.
Time: The duration of skill usage is increased
Summon: The power of servitor is enhanced
