Maximizing Resurrection Percentage
Bishop
Bishops should always try to wear robes that give +wit bonuses if possible. At level 40 get ten +4 wit/-4 men greater dyes (Blacksmith of Mammon cost: 1,740,000aa) and go to the grocery/magic shop in town and have it applied. Suggestions for other tatoos would be +4 con/-5 str and +4 Dex/-5 str (available from grocery/magic shops).
Wear Divine robes until 52 if possible, then get a set of Blue Wolf Robes.
Stay in Blue Wolf between lvl 61-63 then at 64 you can switch to Dark Crystal/Tallum robes. This course will keep you at the max percent. If you want to wear Majestic robes in A grade, I suggest removing the +4 dex/-5 str tat and adding a +1 wit/-1 men tat instead.
After you get up around level 70+, don't be suprised if people want a blessed resurrection scroll rather than accept your skill offer. You may want to adjust your gear/tattoos to fit your current playstyle needs at this point.

Elven Elder
Elven Elders do not need to stay in robes after level 56 to max out their resurrection. Their base wit is higher so they can wear any gear they wish, even light armors. Watch the armors that -wit as you may need to adjust your tattoos accordingly!
I would suggest getting a +4 wit/-4 men tattoo at 40. After 74 you can drop this down to a +3/-3 if you like and still get the max %.
As with the Bishop, don't be suprised if higer level players decline your resurrection in favor of a blessed resurrection scroll. Just adjust your playstyle/gear to suit your needs.

Shillien Elders and Prophets resurrection skill does not continue to rise as they level. I do not have gear suggestions posted for these classes as they should concentrate on maximizing their other skills besides resurrection.
Sadly, with the introduction of Blessed Scroll of Resurrection, this guide seems to be un-needed anymore.
